The 3rd World Laureates Forum (WLF) held in Shanghai between 30 OCT to 01 NOV 2020 is one of world’s most important event in 2020 bringing together the world’s elite scientific and technological community discussing and shaping the future for mankind.
Initiated by the World Laureates Association (WLA) and sponsored by Shanghai Municipal Government, this year the event gathers 61 Nobel Prize winners and nearly 150 winners of the world's top scientific awards to attend, together with more than 30 domestic academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and more than 200 outstanding young scientists and scientific researchers.
APERTUS is honored to take part in the charter flight arrangements for some of the world’s most renowned scientists from around the world to Shanghai for the event. Base on where the scientist resided, there travel requirement and local Covid policy, our overseas offices were able to provide the tailor-made flight to these attendees.
To provide the maximum protection to all related parties and cities, APERTUS China office worked closely with the event organizer, inviter and local government working out the best protocol and timeline transporting passengers to Shanghai from around the world. At arrival into Shanghai, passengers were effortlessly transported to the assigned dedicated isolation locations for their compulsory quarantine for 14 days prior to the start of the event.
The 3rd World Laureates Forum will be started with an opening ceremony and keynote speeches, followed by over 70 themed roundtable involving physics, chemistry, biology, medicine, information, mathematics, and artificial intelligence and translational medicine, new materials, new energy and applied technology.
At APERTUS, we are honored to have the opportunity to be involved in the logistic for such important event. While we have successfully moved passenger to Shanghai for the event, we look forward working with the event organizer soon arranging the logistic for the completion of the event.
