TYPHOON JEBI AFFECTING JAPAN AIRPORTS

Typhoon Jebi swept through western Japan on Tuesday as the strongest tropical cyclone to come ashore in 25 years, causing widespread power outage and flooding the region's main airport.

Kansai International Airport in Osaka and Chubu Centrair International Airport in Nagoya has most of it's flight cancelled for today. severe damage to infrastructure due to the heavy rainfall and strong wind would also further delay flights for these airports for the coming 48 hours at least. Currently at least 600 flights cancelled.

For all private jet inbound / outbound Japan in the coming 48 hours it is recommended to take extreme cautious with planning and take advise from local handlers.
