JCAB will set up the Special Coordination Office at JCAB Tokyo office in Haneda for the slot coordination JCAB is dividing the period into following three categories:
Demand Concentrated Period:
17 JUL – 30 SEP 2020
Demand Peak Period:
21 – 25 JUL 2020, Olympic Opening Ceremony
08 – 10 AUG 2020, Olympic Closing Ceremony
22 – 26 AUG 2020, Paralympic Opening Ceremony
05 – 07 SEP 2020, Paralympic Closing Ceremony
Others:
01 – 06 JUL 2020 and 14 – 30 SEP 2020

6 Japan airports will have strict slot control managed directly by JCAB during JUL - SEP 2020 period:
Chubu Centrair RJGG
Ibaraki Airport RJAH
New Chitose Airport RJCC
Sendai Airport RJSS
Tokyo Haneda Airport RJTT
Tokyo Narita Airport RJAA
